a President who is cool
or could be my friend
Presidents should be
able to quote policy
brilliant, better
People liked W.
Cause they thought they could drink beer
with the normal guy
I hate that so much
Who cares about normal as
economy fails

That's someone who should be Prez

Do what's best for the country

ReplyDeleteI still say he is better than the alternatives would've been. But, I do wish ALL politicians cared less about being reelected & did what was right for the country. Like scrapping social security & not just trying quick fixes.

ReplyDeleteYou know, I've been thinking (which usually spells trouble) and I came to the conclusion that the US needs an average joe president. Maybe even a below average joe. Someone who had been through the rigors of the system. Someone who can truly relate to what most of us have gone thru. Fact is, 99% of the people who get elected are rich and have been rich for the majority of their lives. How do they know what struggles we as a people really face???
