Dear cell-phone provider,
It has come to my attention that you really suck. If you feel that this assessment is in error, please address the following questions:
1 . If you can take my credit card information to pay bills over the phone, why can't you take other information over the phone? Why did I have to go to your store to change my address? Because as far as security reasons go, I'd much rather random strangers had my address than my credit card number.
2. How come when you text me my billing information it always comes through but other people's texts can be delayed for days?
3. Why are there certain completely random places where your phones don't work, but other companies' phones do?
4. Why did you change the definition of anytime minutes after I signed up for your plan?
Please remit your answers in the accompanying envelope. If you do not take care of these issues by March 8th, we will have no alternative but to terminate your contract and find a nicer provider.
Sincerely,
Jerseygirl89
Dump them, honey.
ReplyDeleteI've been with my provider for almost 10 years. We have a lovely relationship and I've never had a problem. As a matter of fact, I pay late every month and they always let me break my balance up into two or three payments.
I love them and highly recommend them. (Cingular/At&t) And no, this is not a paid comment! ;)
Hee Hee. If it were only that easy, right!
ReplyDeleteyes and good luck with that...I think we could send a class action letter.
ReplyDeleteYou have alltel don't you?!
ReplyDeleteHey, I'd send it. I am unscrupulous AND irritating, and seriously, so long as you don't expect a reply, do it!
ReplyDeleteI think it'd be hilarious if you sent it! It is a justified letter. Each question deserves an answer, although I doubt you get any.
ReplyDelete*great gnashing of teeth* Sprint eeeeviiiil! Barstuds.
ReplyDeleteWe had Disney Mobile, who was hosted by Sprint. They weren't quite as bad as what you're saying, but lets just say that we could use our DM phones just fine 3 feet away from our apartment. But not in it. Anywhere. Even hanging out a window.
I hear ya, chica. Except that I have a 2 year contract with my providor. *&*#$&$*(#&$(%*%&$#*$.
ReplyDeleteThankfully they've been "ok", but still... it's a long term relationship with no jewlery involved. Harrruummmff!
AMEN!
ReplyDeleteDo it! For all of us who have delayed texts!
ReplyDeleteWe MUST share the same provider!
ReplyDeleteCell phone providers are awful. I think they know they have us over a box, and can treat us anyway they want to. They are right up there with the cable folks.
